EMS 2016 Paris Conference

Back to the international Engaged Management Scholarship conference.

       

The 6th EMS international conference successfully took place for the first time in Europe, in Paris, at Paris-Dauphine University from September 8th to 11th, 2016.

The event gathered more than 200 participants and representatives from (Executive) Doctorates in Business Administration (DBA) across the world: faculty members, program managers and directors, program participants, and alumni.

Outstanding and high-level keynote speeches were given, including:

  • Richard Whittington, professor of Strategic Management – Said Business School Oxford, on Practice Research : Why, What and How.
  • Olivier Fleurot, Senior Vice President, Publicis Groupe, on Digital transformation : It’s only the beginning.
  • Jean-François Chanlat, Professor of Management, Paris-Dauphine University, on Anthropology of Organizations : Issues & challenges for an Engaged Management Scholarship.

 

Many researchers presented their work, giving rise to rich, animated, and fascinating exchanges.
